Cinnamon Maple Sugar: Jar (2.2 oz)

A collaboration with Vermont Sugar house, Ackermann Farm, Curio Spice brings this incredible cinnamon and maple sugar! Made from the sap of sugar maple trees (Acer saccharum), this sugar is made by slowly boiling the sap down over wood fire until it crystallizes (beyond the syrup stage!). They then combine it with their Sri Lankan cinnamon, which has a soft, mellow flavor that pairs beautifully with maple. Ackermann Maple Farm is a family-run operation in Vermont that specializes in a wood-fired sap house using wood that is sustainably harvested from their land.
