Deep Stoneware Platter

The aim in designing this collection was quite clear from the start. Under the Bough wanted to create beautifully simple heirloom serving essentials that have a wisp of something pleasingly nostalgic and subtly graceful; not opulent or garish, but refined, quiet and balanced. Just like so many of the things they make, this stoneware collection is meant to be used, not merely decorative. The hope is that they become treasured additions because of the warmth and sense of home they bring to the table when family and friends have gathered. Each piece is individually molded, decorated, and glazed by hand in our ceramic studio in Areguá, Paraguay.

 Due to the handcrafted nature of this item, expect slight variations in the appearance of each unique piece.
