Ocean Smoke Blend

Crafted exclusively for Walden Local Meats, this blend captures the essence of rugged Atlantic coastline and rich farmland. It's smoky with a touch of maple, wild blueberry, and the ocean breeze. Perfect for beef, roasted vegetables, grilled fish or mixed into dipping oil, this rub evokes the flavors of land and sea. In 2011, Charley and his wife Kristen sat down to a roast chicken from a neighbor’s farm and had a revelation: food from small, industrious farms simply tastes better. So, they set out to make it easy for folks across the Northeast to enjoy meat raised with integrity. Walden Local was born. Since then, we’ve become your personal farmer’s market — partnering with over 60 independent family farms across the Northeast to deliver responsibly-raised meat and provisions to your doorstep.
